The institute for production and logistics (ifp consulting) is an independent and intersectorally working technical business consultancy. Our core competence is the design of innovative and efficient production and logistics systems. Factory and storage design, production planning, assembly and logistics design for a sustainable efficiency enhancement in production and logistics.

Since the foundation in 1986 by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Joachim Milberg and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christoph Maier, we are engaged professionally and methodically intensive with all matters concerning the planning and optimisation of production processes. In more than 600 successfully accomplished international consultancy and realisation projects we have continuously developed and steadily renewed our experiences, expertise and planning methods.
