Setup time optimisation

We support your employees in the application of the SMED method – separation, optimisation and standardisation of the setups. Therefore, we explicitly analyse the setup times and provide for the necessary process transparency. Step by step, the setups will be optimised subsequently in regular team workshops.

Value stream optimisation
