What is the difference between ifp consulting and other companies?
Our structure without hierarchies allows us to decide and act very quickly. Innovative ideas are a constant result of our work. As a new associate you are involved deeply from the beginning and you have many competent colleagues to support you. Our bottom-up approach allows you to understand detailed the specific challenges of our customers and production and logistics in general. There is no better way to become an expert quickly.

How does the standard applicant look like?
There is none! Ifp requires people with many different strengths and characters. The attitudes that we share is the motivation for good results, openness for new innovative solutions and joy to work with other people.

Do I have the chance to work in international projects?
Many of our customers are well-known and international companies. International projects are common for us and you will have the chance to work internationally on a regular basis.

How can I develop myself at ifp?
You are being challenged and  developed. There are different possibilities to develop yourself during your time at ifp, both professionally and personally. This entails mentoring by our competence field managers or the possibility to achieve a doctors degree if you graduated from y university.
