The task: Greenfield planning for a new Testo production site in the EU with various expansion stages and construction phases.

In addition to our recommended approach, starting with the determination of the project basics and the process analysis, we have carried out a technology screening for assembly and logistics.
This ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of production tasks and enables our customers to evaluate and make optimum use of the digitalization potential in store floor management.

The new production site was then dimensioned and various storage technologies, including Autostore, were considered, and an overall logistics concept and block layout were drawn up.
