Für einen Dienstleister im Bekleidungsmanagement wurde eine umfangreiche Netzwerksimulation und -optimierung durchgeführt.

Projektziel

Im Fokus standen die Minimierung von Transportkosten zwischen den Standorten sowie die Optimierung der Personalkosten.  

Umsetzung

Ein bereits bestehender Standort sowie der neue Standort wurden auf die aktuellen und zukünftigen Anforderungen der Kunden ausgelegt.

ifp entwickelte ein weitreichendes Logistikkonzept, welches die Standortkonsolidierung von Zentrallägern inklusive der hierfür notwendigen Standortsuche beinhaltete.

Ergebnis

Es wurden Prozesse neu entwickelt und innovative Lagertechnik eingesetzt, um die Standorte hinsichtlich der logistischen Anforderungen eines Webshops (Vereinzelung, Lagerung, Versand, Retouren und Aufbereitung) aufzustellen.
